Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a full refund for Skullisjewellery.com purchases returned within 7 days since the day receiving products. All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment.

Please note:
  1. Without authorization will not be accepted. Please email us first before returning products.
  2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received, and buyers pay the shipping fee of the return.
  3. Returns must be received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition.
  4. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
  5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
